Technical Support Center

Akorri Technical Support Engineers provide rapid responses when contacted via telephone (978.431.1320) or electronically via e-mail or a web support request. Within two hours during peak (9-5 EDT) callers have direct access to the Technical Support Center and development engineers. A formal and automated Executive Level Management Escalation Process keeps everyone informed.

Hardware Service

Akorri’s 24 hour Technical Support Center coordinates replacement of field replaceable units from our service depots with the following response options to meet your business requirements:

  • Return to factory repair
  • Next business day advanced replacement
  • Onsite spare kits

Software Updates

Akorri software updates include both software maintenance releases and updates. Installation and upgrade support can be provided through the Technical Support Center.
